Yes, you can edit the applicant section though you submit your application. Just create another application by "Create a New Application". Then, you can edit the applicant section. you can attach your birth certificate. Please try it. I already tried it successfully. All the best.

if i create another new application it will give new application number . so it will be accept if i attached missing document with the the new application
i missout to attached settlement plan .

I have earlier applied FSW 2013 which I was rejected to due to cap limit exceeded.

Did not find any box for filling up previous application detail for SINP application; however, I attached the scanned copy of my FSW ineligible letter at the Upload Federal Form section. Don't know whether I have done right thing. What did you do?

Oh at least you did that. There is an option to enter previous application details and I have forgotten to enter the details there. I was really frustrated at the system being down now and then that I was fully concentrating on submitting the actual application. Have just mentioned my UCI ref in generic application form
