My application has entered in 49th week, AR was on 8th Jul 2023, no status update till now. Feeling frustrated, how many other May-17 ITA like this?
Mine is June 09th draw… july 5th submission .. dont know whats taking them sooo long . Hope they speed up.
9th July AR and same draw…they have definitely changed their approach towards immigration…even the draws are rare and small now and the processing slow…for us it might easily be more than a month or so from now for the files to be picked up
guys, please update here once you have any update, it all seems to be gray area for now, hope we get some clarity soon!

I am in 52nd week. If u r not in a phase of ‘Who cares’ I strongly recommend u plz stop thinking about it and go with the flow to hv a peace of mind.
Hi Everyone, we can do what is in our control which is pray & stay positive about the whole thing. …… Dont allow the negativity get into this thing …. Im sure we will be the next in queue for processing & soon will get the nomination tooo …. Im grateful for the ITA & choose to be positive …. All the best guysss.

the problem with such delay is you will regret about all other opportunities that you denied in hopes of this one turning in forecasted time!
Apart from the denied opportunities, there are investments that you need to hold and cant use untill you get some update. SINP delaying applications is actually impacting people's lives, which needs to be conveyed!
You better to accept whatever comes in your way. Eventually, you need to undergo one more year wait list once you get nominated.
I had the same question n checked with CCare. They said, if we want we can take out the money and provide a reason why we r not able to keep the money in the bank. They will attach it to the case, IF THE CASE OFFICER satisfied with our answer no problem or else u will loose your chance.
If anyone curious about Ielts validity- customer care said ‘ if u r IELTs get expired while u r in waiting - you hv to write again and update the results through email’
Thats such a huge risk !!! They will hold the applicant responsible for rejection. Not a good idea.
