Just a question, are you aware what next step is for you to do, approximately how long will that take ? Trying to gauge total timeline of the entire process.

Based on IRCC, another 12 months after submission minimum.

Hi All,

Need advice with 2nd review / reapply with OID stream

After the long wait, my profile was found ineligible since my POF were low during early days of my application (Apr'23).
It was a mistake from my end to transfer my EOS / gratuity amount to bank which took a while, whereas a gratuity letter was also accepted as POF. Unfortunately, I realized it only after submitting my profile.

With an ineligible CIC profile and age not on my side, is it wise to apply for 2nd review and wait for a miracle or re-apply with OID stream.

My fear with 2nd review is I need to get additional points by asking spouse to take an IELTS which may again be ineligible in a year's time due to age. Also, I am not sure if they'd accept the gratuity letter now as a justification since I should've done that earlier. 3rd thing is, I am not sure if 2nd review will only be concentrated on the POF or other things also would go for a review where they may again disqualify?

Appreciate if anyone was in similar situation or has any advice to offer.

When submitting application online at IRCC portal as a provincial nominee . (NOT express entry), Do we need to submit medical exam result upfront or should we submit application and wait for IRCC instructions to get medical exam? IRCC website seems to be not very clear about this.

ITA Received - 3rd May, 2023, NOC 21230
AR - 1st July, 2023

CIPS applied-2nd July 2023
CIPS Cert. Received- 16th Feb 2024

ADR1 - 26-Aug-2024 ( Revised Reference letter mentioning R&R for all designations held) & I.T Documents.
Documents Submitted - 10th Sep

ADR2 - 01-Oct-2024 - CIPS License
CIPS membership Renewed on 2nd Oct and submitted same day.
Sent mail to SASK immigration since Status didn't change to In Process - No reply
Finally called SASK immigration on 30th Oct and asked them to send reminder to case officer.
Status changed to completed on same day(30 Oct).

Nomination Received - 1st November, Friday 2024
Requested for Updated Nomination Letter by Updating OASIS portal with New EE since Old EE had already expired.
Nomination Received on New EE - 4th Nov Monday 2024.
Accepted Nomination in EE portal and 600 points Added- 4th Nov 2024

Waiting for EE Draw.
