I completed my masters degree in 2011 but started working in 2010 and claimed work experience starting 2010.
My noc 's minimum requirement is bachelor in commerce which i already completed in 2009 and I also claimed education as masters as per my ECA.
IQAS ECA BCom supports my work experience, while iQas ECA master's supports my educational claim,
So should be fine..isn't it?
Will there be any issue?

As long as your ECA says equal to Masters and minimum requirement is bachelor in commerce. You are good to go with it. You can claim points for your full experience starting from 2010 and for Masters education.

Dear experts ,

Please help me with my situation for SINP - Express entry category

I got full-time work experience as a HR assistant (1241) for 4 years from 2010-2014 while I was doing my bachelors education.
After completion of my education , I got promoted as a HR executive (1121). Total 6 years of work experience from 2014 to till date as a HR Executive.

So NOC 1241 - Assistant to HR - 4 years
NOC 1121 - HR Executive - 6 years

Intended occupation selected is 1121 but my question is can I claim all 10 years of work experience with two different NOC Codes but are related to the same field of study and occupation?

Hello folks,
Greetings. We had appointed Representatives to submit our EE Profile. We would like to submit SINP,without them. I understand all information is sent by IRCC to the Representative. Hence, the question: Is it mandatory to use the Rep for SINP or any PNP, if we have already used one for EE? Or,can we apply for EOI ourselves and take services of the representative for the Application Process?

My sister has 80 points and her noc was included in the August 26 draw but she still hasn't gotten ITA from SINP. Her profile is EE related.

What could the reason be? Anyone in the same situation?

Hey guys, my bachelor degree is in Engineering, while I've got my master's in MBA. I am applying for SINP as an engineering. Am I eligible to receive 23 points for the education and training section?
