Read checklist and Application guide again and again. Check all signatures places and dates. In Background Decl. form, Point No. 2, write your Name by pen in your mother tongue/National language. In Add family Information form, write all names in mother tongue, in front of English written name, in the same line. Attach Translator Affidavit.
Translator affidavit for what ????

Search any person of your touch (Not Relative) and Translate your all Non-English documents yourself and take Printouts. Write the document name on upper side in English, on the photocopy of the document (Ex. Birth Certificate Lovisha) and mark it "A", then write on the page Translation of document as (Ex. Translation of Birth Certificate of Lovisha) and Mark it "B". In "B", add this matter also in any space, (Ex. Birth Certificate Lovisha, Translated by me .........Sign.... Name ......Date .............). Prepare it To sign by translator and write their name, date. Now go to nearby Notary shop/office and notarized these both documents. Now Lovisha's Birth certificate completed. Repeat this procedure for all needed documents.
For Translator Affidavit, format provided in SINP Application guide. Type it on Rs. 50 Stamp Paper (ask Notary for affidavit) and to sign and prepare by your translator. Now this is your Translator's Affidavit. Attach this with all translation papers, merge it with PDF with all translated and merged documents.
I can''t understand properly your second question. ECA is not necessary in any stage for OID category.
Dear Ashu, thanks a lot for your detailed reply. It has largely cleared my doubts regarding translated documents.

I was worried because they have specified in the application guide that translation should be done by "certified translators" who have got the authority to do so from the regulatory body. Which means, only those govt. approved translators should translate and sign the affidavit. But like you have said they have also mentioned that a translator can be anyone but not relative. So i am a bit confused as to get it notarized or to get it translated by those govt. Certified translators. Infact, i searched that there are certified translators in india but they mainly translate docs from hindi to english. Whereas, my docs are in gujarati. Also the affidavit has a fill up that the translator got his translating abilities from-----where the name of the regulatory body has to be mentioned. So if i translate the doc on my own, and ask my lawyer to be the translator and sign the affidavit too it might not do...as he isn't a certified one..believe me aashu this certified translator thing has scared the hell out of me...i hope am being clear with what i have to say....

Now lets come to the question regarding education and ECA, which you were right i made it a bit complicated. So here i ask again and trying to simply.

As per sinp points grid: masters degree holders gets 23 pnts while bachelors degree holders gets 20 pnts. And yes no ECA report required.

My education is M.Sc i.e masters (12+3+2)..so what points should i claim 23 or 20.... i assumed i can claim points on the basis of canadian equivalency of my masters degree, for which i would require eca report...my assumption was based on the fact that they have mentioned in the guideline that your education should be equivalent to canadian edu. System and should be verifiable...so i thought i would require eca and accordingly can claim point...so to be precise i should claim for 23 or 20?? Even i read ppl saying here in this forum that they have uploaded their eca report...i mean why when it wasnt required for sinp oid!!

While writing this another queation just popped up my mind, what are the chances of current OID list getting changed in 2017?? I know we can never know but i want to know will this change at all in 2017???

Finally, one last question...hope i am not taking too much time..i just have college transcripts for both m.sc and b.sc --not yet signed by university and just signed and stamped by college i mean. So will it do...am i required to upload transcripts???they have mentioned they need official transcripts...official transcripts at per my uni. Staff are always in sealed cover which i am not supposed to open for the sake of uploading them...they are always for the concerned authority...so can i upload clg attested transcripts now and at the time of sending paper application send the uni. Verified transcripts??

Am done with my bunch of queries...i am really thankful to you for your patience and support..it is much valued..thanks again

Regards,
Lovisha

Don't make things much complicated. These are optional. Certified translator or any knowledgeful person. U can prepare any person as a learned person, they believe in only Notary green seal.
They believe in University degree. No need of ECA. Yes, your transcripts can work, but have to attach certificate/ degree with them.
Generally they Change NOC list in May.

I think i m getting confused in these all...because translator document was not required for me as my all documents are in English . so my kit contains:
*All federal forms
*nomination letter
*additional clarification (required by sinp)
*Birth certificates (both) (notary attested)
*Educational documents(both)
*Job letters + 3 months salary slips, ITR 3 years, form 16 (3 years) (mine)
*job letters + salary slip (spouse)
*passport copies (both) (notary attested)
*marriage certificate (notary attested)
*2 envelope A4 size & letter size (both)
*2 photos (both)
tie with uclips & paper binder & along with a covering letter.

If missed anything then please clarify.
Oh sorry, if u don't have any document other then English, then no need to translator affidavit. Please remove these documents from the packet, if u really sending the PR application:-
Job letters, salary slips, educational documents. These are not necessary.
Check all signatures and hand written blank spaces.
Always opt online instant payment through Credit Card instantly. This is the safest. Attach payment receipt.

Hello Friends,

Can anyone here help to understand or suggest how should I go further in immigration process to "Saskatchewan" actually one of agent/consultant has already cheated me & now asking for more money to process further & provide me required information .

I hope you will get my doubt clear here with you all.

I have get my Evaluation done by WES and as per them they consider my MBA as Master Degree so I guess I can get 23 points here, Now here i would like to know if I do not have to get any evaluation done by any other agency like WES.

And second thing is about Working Experience Points, actually I am working in a Telecom Company for 8.5 Years Administrator and Best Suit NOC for me is 1221 which my consultant told me, I have been working into same profile for 8+ years , So Here I would like to ask about the point how much Point I will get as per my scenario out of 15? My application depends on Work Experience Points Only.

We need 60 out of 100 to apply for Saskatchewan & I am getting points as per below :

Education : 23 points ( if my evaluation by WES considered )
Age : 10
IELTS : 16
Work Experience : ?? Here I am not sure about Points , I need 11 more points.

So Kindly advise & share your knowledge on my scenario .

Please let me know what else I can do to make strong my case.

Just let me know if any other information is required.

Thanks
Anil

Your NOC 1221 is not in the Occupation of High demand List of Saskatchewan, this is the list of 21 Job NOCs and applicable for EE and OID. So you can't apply for Saskatchewan PNP. Here is the link :-
https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/applicants-international-skilled-workers/sinp-in-demand-occupation-list
I am enclosing link for NOC 2171, if your Education and Some of the Job duties and Responsibilities matching with this then you would apply for SINP :-
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=2171
This is a very popular and high demanding Job NOC of Saskatchewan.
