Some Documents Must Need to Be Ready (FOR SINP)

Scan the following Documents:

1. Passport ----> Principle Applicant, Spouse, Child

2. Birth Certificates ----> Principle Applicant, Spouse, Child

3. University Degree + Transcript

4. ECA Report

5. IELTS TRF

6. Bank Certificate + Bank Statement (For Last Three Months)
Required funds must be stable for 90 days prior to submission of application.

I have a few questions....since SINP OID does not require a WES evaluation for nomination, will CIC ask for one when the application goes further?

I tried to have my qualifications evaluated by WES in 2015 for (Diploma in Software Eng.) NOC 2171 and they returned my application citing "The study you submitted for assessment by WES is an occupational or trade qualification which is not eligible for evaluation by WES. Therefore we are cancelling your application."

WES sent my refund back to me. Which other assessment agency can look at my "trade qualification" ? As anyone else encountered this ?

U can opt OID, CIC don't ask for WES ever

I would encourage to do ECA as it is mandatory when you enter into canada. 100% employers and canadian universities asking the ECA report when we apply for the job or university admission by using foreign credentials.

And I also confirm for OID there is no prerequisite for ECA till the end of PR process.

Then how would Saskatchewan use degrees to count points towards 60 point requirement?

On the behalf of transcripts and certificate. Thats why oid is about 20 months process.

I have filled all the forms and all my documents are ready have even filled my information on the website but cant find anywhere to upload the forms I mean there is options to attatch passport, IELTS and other things but where do I upload the forms I have scanned???? Please help I couldn't figure out and lost the last occupation in demand.

You mean to tell we dont have to fill generic forms and scan them when we are applying in oasis. As i cant find any button that says to upload generic forms. Please help

After nomination, we'll fill forms with current date like, Generic, background decl., Economic classes, Supplementary Information, Add. family Information. Notary certified documents like Passports, Birth certificates, Marriage Cert. Originals like, Translator affidavit, PCC, Processing fee Payment Receipt. We Send this document packet to Sydney, Nova Scotia office by Courier. If everything is ok, then CIC redirect this to our local Visa office. Time to get PR is 6, 8 or 10 months (depend upon the person, who is dealing our application in Local Visa office, mine is New Delhi)
