Ask your parent to prepare a gift deed saying that they will not ask for the money back at any time.. Then break the FD for the required amount and deposit it in his account.. This is my opinion.. Consider others advice too..

thanks for your reply SMani

I talked to customer service rep in SINP immigration office. The lady told me he can only have joint account with his wife, No one else. Even though we have already prepared a Self Notarized Declaration about my dad saying--he doesnt have any objection--- I dont think we would be able to apply in June 2016 (if the category reopens, ofcourse), as the funds wont be 3 months old after breaking the FDs.

Hope fully, god gives a next chance...

Dont know whats gonna happen....

According to my sense, Jan16 intake PNP's will be considered as SINP 2015 requirement.

What do you think?

If this is so, then 2016 SINP intake has not opened yet!

Because upto 2015, end year, only 497 persons received ITA under SINP nomination which is far less than their 2015 target for PNP intake.

If you are a single applicant I would advice you show POF for CAD13,000 to be on the safe side.

Hello Experts,

I have a question regarding work experience.

I have 5 years of experience in NOC 2171 in one to five years and 2 years of experience in NOC 2174 in six to ten years.

SI has updated the in-demand-occupation list on 6th May, in which NOC 2174 was removed.

Now I am claiming 10 points for NOC 2171 but should I get 2 points for NOC 2174 (removed OID)?

Your response is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hope this will clear doubt of others too.

Unfortunately, no. You can't claim those points for 2174 experience.

Hello brother,
Thanks for your post regarding the full step by step procedures.
I am desperately searching for the following answers:

Hello guys,
I have a problem regarding NOC.
In my EE profile the NOC is 2132 which is Mechanical Engineer.
But in SINP instead of having 2132 they have 2232 which is Mechanical Engineering technologists and technicians.
Though both of them are almost similar and have common job responsibilities. So am I eligible to apply in SINP while having EE profile 2132?

Please help me out in this regards.

Dear, it's ok to interchange between NOCs 2132 & 2232. Just prepare your reference letter according to 2232. It will be OK.

Thanks.

Hi Nick,

Thank you for your checklist. I just have one question about ECA. I got a Master Degree from a Canadian University. Do I still need to submit ECA for my Bachelor Degree gained from my home country?

Thanks!

Hi,

I just submitted my SINP EE application. Now I am a bit worried as there are few documents (single page documents) that are in Jpg format (not pdf). Although more than 70% docs are in pdf format. Is it an issue? I mean can it create problem?
2nd thing, due to normal quality of my scanner, a few documents are bit dark. Will they accept these or ...??
Thanks
