I meant if I want to know whether I have enough (not less than 60) points in order to be able to apply.
For instance: Let's pretend these IELTS scores L: 7, R: 7, W:6, S:6
If I apply for CIC EE, it says that I will get these CLB scores: L:7, R:9, W:7, S:7
So I'll get 16+16+16+29 = 77, and here I know how it is calculated and know exactly what marks for EE I'll get.
How to know what marks I'll get according to this table?

CLB 7 18

Do I need to calculate my average or take my minimal CLB score per ability?
