Hi seniors,

My application status went into IN PROCESS after submitting my ADR, they asked ADR for Birth certificate,settlement fund & work experience clarification but only I can see Birth Certificate added to my application other two not added to my application.

Can anyone please reply who come across this situation ,what is the reason for not adding the other two ADR documents or they forgot to add or it will not be visible to us.

Whether it will create any problem for my further process,please anyone reply....

Maybe someone could help me. My wife and I are living in Kitchener - Ontario for 2 months. We 2 are students.

Do you think that living in other province, even for short time, can be a refusal application reason for SINP?

Hello,, needs some help here please.

Me and my Boyfriend has an Approved SINP Nomination. We received it September 30, Him as the principal applicant and me as the accompanying Common Law Partner, then we applied for our Work Permits through paper application. December 14, my application for Open Work Permit was being returned and asking for more documents, while His application for Work Permit has no approval yet ( still waiting).

When i checked the online application (which I just learned recently), it is much simple than the paper application.

My question is:

1. Do I need to wait until His Work Permit approve before i reapply my application through online?
2. Do i need to repay all the fee when i reapply?
3. Will this delay our application for our Permanent Residency application?

Hello friends, Can you you plz give me suggestions regarding my POF,

I have my required amount for POF in a saving and cooprative, is it ok to show 3month statement from this cooprative

OR

I also have my fund deposit in A grade bank, but I have a required amount for 2 months and its been about 15 days I withdraw amount for my family use, and again planning to deposit required amount in my account. So that, I could show deposited amount for last 10 days, if I apply for sinp oid in comming jan 2017. That mean, required amount will be missing for about 15days in my bank statement but my opening balance for 2month and closing balance for 15 to 20 days is ok.

Should I submit 1st one or 2nd one. Suggestions plz? Its quite urgent

Don't worry. How can they know about bank category, cooperatiive or nationalized? Okay, send an email to ask them directly at immigration@gov.sK.ca, u can ask through any other email address if don't want to disclose your. Yes, u will have to translate it if any other thing other than English, as well enclose translator's affidavit.
