Yes, the paper-based app is a must for this stream. You can't use EE profile(it would be my dream) and it is not linked to your OINP Application. I've heard something about 12 to 14 months to get a PR. I know people who got it in 5-6 months. So, be prepared to the best or worst.

Thanks for your info. If I were you I would call OINP and ask for information. When your status changes to Awaiting information it means that I should send something for them in 15 calendar days. Did you check your spam folder in your email? I may call them Monday morning.
