What previous Companies? Are those Jobs same as your current applied NOC or different? If different, then no need of Experience Letter. If same, then you have to prepare Experience letter On companies letter Head, otherwise they don't consider. But you can sign and stamped it by any Sr. Officials, if the HR or Manager not available. You should include your Job duties min. 3-4 with matching NOC noted responsibilities.

I see.. What if the my senior already resigned in that company as well? But i can still communicate with them is that ok? They can sign my job description?

I have done Diploma in Computer Engineering from Govt. polytechnic (College) after 12th Standard. so its 12+3Y regular.

How much point i will get for SINP? and it will be in which category?
Point 20 or 15 Any idea?

^ have you done any WES evaluation? You may not need it yet in SINP application but you can base your answer to that question with the WES results. Canada has a different equivalent when it comes to to education. So I suggest you get your credentials evaluated by WES first, anyway you will also need this post-nomination at CIC stage.

Salary is not at all necessary, they don't really care how much you are being paid. What they care about is if you are working full time or part time and that you meet the job description of what they need.

I think Diploma is not a Bachelor's Degree, so you will get 15 Points. There are Only 2 NOC for Computer Related field in the list. NOC 0213, it is for Ph.D. or other High level education applicants, NOC 2171, It is also for B.Tech. applicants, but Dip. with several yrs. experience is acceptable in rare cases.(Be cautious about inserting Duties/responsibilities in Experience Cert., they have to match NOC expecting duties.) I've total 10 years of experience in Network domain and from last 3.8 years i am working as manager-Networks so NOC 0213/2181/2182 is more close my roles but education qualification required for this NOC-0213 is Btech but in forum i heard they only match the job roles. I have also done B-tech but that is distance learning. can i claim point for that?

And as of opened NOC is 0213 & 2171. any idea if NOC is going to be changed this year? i saw somewhere in SINP sites in 2016 they will have some addition in the NOC list.

You must include your B.Tech. for claiming 20 points, and do not mention this for Distance Learning. (If they will rectify it by minutely checking your Marklists and Degree, then nothing can be done, otherwise it will OK, chance of luck. But you have to left spare 5 points for decrease condition). Don't claim for NOC 0213, cause B.Tech. is doubtful due to above mentioned. Go for 2171, if they don't allow B.Tech., then you will qualify, on the Basis of Diploma and rich experience. NoCs will not change upto 1 year. (minimum). Hi Guys,

I have applied for SINP on 17th may and application status is 'in process' from last 1 month. My EE profile is going to expire in 65 days ( valid only for 1 year ).
I am worrying about below cases :

1- If my EE profile gets expired before i receive the nomination.
2- If my EE profile gets expired after receive the nomination but have not received the ITA for PR
3- If my EE profile gets expired after receive the ITA for PR and my CIC application is under process.

Could you guys please suggest what should we do in above cases.

Hi Guys,

Under any of the circumstances you are speculating, you can re-enter the EE pool by creating a new profile. Just update the details in your SINP application. They understand that profiles in EE are valid for a year. You don't have to wait till it expires. Just create a new one right away.

Make sure you update the SINP application and also send them an email to be on the safer side. Maybe call them too

1. my previous supervisor agree to give me the reference letter.. but he is not connected anymore in the company.. is it ok to let him be the one to sign the reference letter with the company header?

2. my current employer, my manager gave me the reference letter i need but he electronically signed it is it acceptable?

3. thus SINP or CIC really verify the applicant details? i mean call or email the company?

Got Nominated !!! My Timeline:

1st Application: 3rd November, Application Ineligible
2nd Application: 17th May, Application Ineligible
3rd Application: 20th July, Application Nominated
In-Process: 25th July
No Additional Documents Requested
Fund Conversion: 3rd August
Nomination: 3rd August.
NOC: 2232
SINP Manager: David Li

I have a doubt, please help clarify. I am planning to apply for SINP this month if it opens. So regarding proof of funds, I had money in my savings account for a month n then I converted it to FD this month for the coming 60 days. Will that work?

Generally they don't verify.

Is WES evaluation must for OID applicants. As much as I know CIC doesn't check educational records after nomination & we don't send any education certificates/records with our paper based application for PR. Provincial Govt. already checked those for nomination.
