Thanks Guys,

Ok. I need to check on this now.. If I have the birth certificate and the month only is not matching with my other legal documents & degrees etc. What would be the solution here.. :o

If you are residing in any other country You can get a new certificate with the help of your passport from Indian consulate.

Do not wait for due date. Submit your application once you have nomination and you can later update CIC about new born.

There are no medical tests for infants. To Discuss more about this call the medical test center before you visit.
THanks IMGNSPNP.. definitely ..wish you all good luck

Hi all,
How long it will take(average time line) for medicals to be requested to by CIC after filing the application with SINP-nominee certificate.

There is no pre-defined timeline. It is quick in some cases and delayed in other. Paper based application process always takes times so do not expect anything quick.

You can show your Passport and other mark-sheets, degrees and try to get DOB cert. on this basis. They will tell the exact way.

dear my IELTS is expiring in 1st week of June .....As per Sinp application guide IELTS should be valid at the time of sinp application submission. Am I Right???
This means I don't need to submit it again. Moreover my sinp application submission date was 26 sep 2015 which means 8 months has been passed I.e. 20 days more than the maximum processing time of 7.2 months.

IN paper based application after the nomination, for noc A and Noc B category skilled workers nothing mentioned in pnl checklist regarding the IELTS certificate submission. Is it mandatory to submit the same with paper based application???
Also I submitted requested settlement fund documents last month on request of sinp

Kindly guide??

Hi,

This has been a very hot topic of discussion in this forum. I am providing you the answers based on my personal experience. My IELTS was valid on the application date (but expired two months before the nomination) and SINP did not ask me to re-sit the exam. Also I did not submit the IELTS to CIO as my NOC is skilled level B category and CIC never asked for it, and during the interview process I asked the immigration officer whether I need to submit a new IELTS certificate he said it is not required for skilled level A & B but only for C & D.

Good luck!
Sookie

Shoot 'em an email right away. Believe me they won't speed or have a look at your app. if you don't push them. This is also from personal experience. Tell them that the average processing time has elapsed and you still did not get any response.

Good luck!
