SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

SINP have sent an email which has a hyper link where we can download the officer's additional information required document that tells me to send the latest bank statement from june-24-2015 till date .I have sent it and still i see it "waiting on applicant'".Can some one advice on the below
1.Do i get any acknowledgement from sinp apart from auto reply on considering the bank statement that i have sent?
2.How long it will take to move again to in process from wiating on applicant?
3.Will they ask for any additional documents further?
FYI-I have mail on requesting documents on 11-may-2016 and submitted the bank statement on 12-may-2016.Application filed on sept-24-2015

DO NOT WORRY!!

This is normal some times they may take time to update your SINP profile to "In process". You wont get confirmation email from them apart from auto response.

If you still want to make sure you can send an email asking the same for the confirmation.

Yes, they might ask you documents any time until you are nominated.

I will wait till i get nominated and provide all the documents they request in the mean while.Just curious to know will they check the fund at very first place ot they check the entire application and comes to funds?
Here is imp question:I have applied under OID-sept-2015.After getting the nomination do i need to create express entry profile with the nomination certificate and wait for the draw to happen?
OR

After getting nominated i have apply a separate application to CIC for PR?

1.Do i get any acknowledgement from sinp apart from auto reply on considering the bank statement that i have sent? No. But they will upload this on OASIS which you can check by POF fund files TABs.
2.How long it will take to move again to in process from wiating on applicant? Nobody knows. But average time is 2 to 5 days.
3.Will they ask for any additional documents further? Yes they can. Their are several examples where the applicant is asked for documents several times.

Next followed by "Crireria Assessment & Recommendation" in this stage they will check available funds in POF and how long they are in the bank for. If it is passed the file will be sent to the next stage "Review of recommendation & Decisison if everything is ok you will be nominated

IMGNSPNP..Thanks for your response with detailed and right terminology.In my case the application status converted to inprocess on Feb-18-2016 and request for POF till date was asked on May-13-2016.So I can presume that I am in Crireria Assessment & Recommendatio and it will be followed by "Review of recommendation & Decisison--right.?

If its 'paper application to CIC' I dont have to do medicals at the time of application and will be doing the same on request of CIC post filing the application?

How long it will to take to accept the application by CIC after applying with all the documents.-(reason behind asking this question is MY IELTS score will get expires on may-2017)?

Provided all necessary documentation to CIC you will receive quick AOR & medical request. Do not worry about IELTS expiry you almost have 1 yr validity from now. FYI: IELTS TRF should be valid at the time of submitting application, doesn't matter if it expires after submitting it

There is no substitute for date of birth certificate if you want to prove your age and claim points for it either in SINP or in EE.


If you do not have one apply for it asap.

Hold up for more suggestions from forum group members.

Yes. It was observed many a times applicants was requested to provide updated POF & settlement plan( but not applies to everyone) before nomination.

I think getting DOB certificate is not impossible in India. It is tough, costly, time-taking etc. etc, but possible.

Better apply for CIC and update them after the baby birth?

do we have any specific time that medicals are not allowed on new born? or it can be done immediately? dont want my baby gets effected because this process?

Do not wait for due date. Submit your application once you have nomination and you can later update CIC about new born.

There are no medical tests for infants. To Discuss more about this call the medical test center before you visit.

Ok. I need to check on this now.. If I have the birth certificate and the month only is not matching with my other legal documents & degrees etc. What would be the solution here..
