Hi,

No need to stamp. Just have the translator fill in and sign the translator affidavit.

Good luck!

Wow this is impressive. Congrats! Can we know which visa office was in charge to process your PR application?

Hi Jasvir. It's not a problem that the stamp is not in English. We all live in different countries, have native languages and different legislation. It is important to have a translation, signature and I think it's good to have some stamp in any language.

Actually if your document is not in English and you are translating it in English with help of lawyer then they will also translate the stamp and in addition you will just need translator's affidavit.

Yes, you are right about translation of stamp on original document. I thought he ment a stamp on affidavit. I'm not sure only about lawyer... In my country translation is made by the translator and the document is sealed by the notary not lawyer.
