Every case is different. It doesnt matter even if one more case with CIC itself or with SINP again. So for this application if you are not using anyone's help then you dont need to specify about any third person as you are using a representative.

In short, the answer is no. dont fill anything on representative.

Thanks a lot for your help. Bro can you tell me when one section is not applicable for me during fill up application do i need to type "None" or N/A . and does it need to fill up in each Box? or just beside the chapter i type N/A?

I just want to be very sure before filling up the form. just to avoid my form get cancelled.

if you anyone can help me.

Thanks once again bro.

Hurry up and ask your friend to apply. If he is able to submit his application he will be within CAP. You can check the threshold on below link but seems it is not updated

For each box you need to put N/A or Not applicable. It doesnt not matter which word you use for SINP. Even if its blank they will accept it. Its not an issue. For CIC you should enter it properly.

It's a silly question but I must ask :P

Who sign the spouses schedule A & Spouses additional family declaration form? Principal applicant or the spouse themselves? Tia :-\ :-\ :-\

Spouse's application is signed by spouse and spouse's detail with respect to spouse. Dont ask this question now and increase your fear as you already sent the form :) to cic.

I know this is a very basic question :-[

1) u should be qualified for one of the provincial nominee programs
2) submit all your documents to the province
3) Get your first AOR which is an email holding your file number
4) get nomination and steps to follow to submit your application for CIO (central intake office)
5) Prepare your package and send it to Sydney in Nova scotia
6) Get your second AOR which contains your XEP a number for your application
7) get your EP it is the same number but without X and this means that your application is online and ready to be transfer to your local visa office and UCI and it is a code for u
8 ) Your application will transfer to your local visa office
9) Medical request
10) Passport request
11) Visa issued
12) good bye

and of course a different waiting time between every stage

Good luck :)

Dear Seniors,

I would like to know , when re-creating EE entry profile to get selected by OOPNP i have only marked Ontario, but now I am also filing up my form for SINP.

Please let me know do I need to change anything on EE profile and tick mark on Saskatchewan? I am weorried because my lawyer is not letting me do that. Is it not possible to apply SINP without tick mark on EE profile and keep it as it it ( Ontario) ???

Please help me.

Thanks for your continues support seniors.

If you are eligible to apply I don't understand why are you taking so long to apply for SINP EE. You must fill the schedule 4 and mention "Saskatchewan" as your nominating province and " international skilled worker" as category. Best of luck.
