SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

1) u should be qualified for one of the provincial nominee programs
2) submit all your documents to the province
3) Get your first AOR which is an email holding your file number
4) get nomination and steps to follow to submit your application for CIO (central intake office)
5) Prepare your package and send it to Sydney in Nova scotia
6) Get your second AOR which contains your XEP a number for your application
7) get your EP it is the same number but without X and this means that your application is online and ready to be transfer to your local visa office and UCI and it is a code for u
8 ) Your application will transfer to your local visa office
9) Medical request
10) Passport request
11) Visa issued
12) good bye

and of course a different waiting time between every stage

I`m an Electrician noc code 7241 working for last 21 years and still working with the same occupation in New Delhi, India. I have done ITI from Wire men(Electrical) trade in 1990-92 and Bachelor degree in 1996 from Delhi University. I have done IELTS test in march 2015 and my score bands is L-5,R-5,W-5.5 and S-6.my age is 41 years. my question is do I eligible for SINP or not? As I do not have any connection in Saskatchewan but I have my friends in Canada. Do I apply without job offer as my occupation in demand?

Jais74, currently SINP is open for applicants with EE profile and to be eligible for EE you need to have minimum IELTS score of 6 in each band i.e. CLB 7. So, sorry you are not eligible at present.

SINP has another program for without job offer and IELTS requirements are CLB 4, but it is closed now. Check the link http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/occupations-in-demand , you may try next year

Yes it's mandatory in case you have a representative, this will authorize CIC by law to reveal your personal information to your representative.

actually review processing time depends on officer and reasons.

Hello gurnaaz..i was ineligible because they said i dont have the work certificate that supports my experience with the job offered to me,but i actually i do have one with the same work experience that the SINP requires but not to the exact noc code that i am applying for..fortunately the employer gave me a support letter for my request for second review and hopefully SINP will consider it too.

Over 80 days since my app was placed under a 2nd review, and so far no answer.

This is what I got as a reply to last week's email
