Thanks sookie for this. There are a lot of information on this CIC website one has not come across. It now clears our doubt that it is the province that determines if you need to submit IELTS. I believe most provinces would select not required as their responses.

Well it is up to SINP now to confirm. I have emailed them, and I will let you guys know about the response.

What does it mean, full eligibility or the eligibility that i can obtain license after completing some remaining courses in SK .
My regulatory body is CPA saskatchewan. i have contacted with them, but they told me that i will get some courses exemption of CPA and remaining courses i have to complete to get license. i sent it to SINP.
My question is : is it enough to proof as eligibility to get license.?
can i get nomination by this?

How long did it take CPA SK to provide you this letter?

A friend of mine is trying to get the letter and has sent transcripts and WES reports to CPA SK but she hasn't heard anything back from them.

A reply will be really appreciated.

Along with the MR, they requested me to pay RPRF. No other additional document requested. I sent my PCC with application package to CIC.

Buddy, Can you please tell me how much time they provided to you?

Correct, why to take chance and do we have any minimum CLB Level (for PNP applications)?

Thanks for your input. So far I have seen two forum members in other threads that submitted apps. to CIO without IELTS and got AORs.

No PCC is valid for one year.

The guide says its valid for 3 months only:
The certificate must have been issued no more than three (3) months prior to submitting your application.
