With this I would like to request everyone to keep this forum alive like FSWCIO asked...and maybe this way we will be able to see our forum friends in person and shake hands some day...

Also, I would like to thank everyone for their contributions, their help and their knowledgeable advice to this forum.

A very special thanks to Victorpapa for his suggestion that really helped me apply for SINP on time on January 2nd aand his suggestion was to refresh the page and then login after a few minutes (if you recall Victor)-- this did wonders for me..

Best wishes for those who awaiting ninominations...you will get it soon:)

How old the translation could be?

Many of my documents were translated in September 2013, also my original documents also are from September 2013
(Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificate, etc)

Do you now if there is some limitation in this matter?

For those nominated only follow the step by step guide you are sent and the CIC Checklist for federal application do not add documents not requested. If your NOC is O, A and B no need to include IELTS and you are in NOC C and D then include it. I will post soon the documents and forms required at this stage.
Download the checklist http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/

Sorry But this information is not correct!, IELTS is a MUST.

Read carefully the information, they are saying this time lower NOCs require IELTS, It is NOT saying
NOC A, B are exempt of IELTS.

You can see in the guide that at end they say
"You must include a copy of your language test results with your application to CIC"

Hi , I have already used my passport details for the travel document. I am stumped about the National Identity Document
Should I
1. Reenter the Passport Details
2. Input No , as India doesn't have a National Id
3. I have a Driving Licence and a pan card, Aadhar card also . Are either of them accepted as a National Id .
Any Help is appreciated

Dear Tetunte

you are misinterpreting the sense of context. ielts is not required for NOC O, A & B as per pnp check list, on going principal applicant in canada visa forum, consultant and my research on this topic.

Sorry dear, I am not agreed with explanation. I have sent my package without ielts to CIO for PR. still waiting for AOR. Hopefully i will get it without ielts..Because most of applicant received AOR without ielts whose ielts is expired during nomination.

Hi, I hope you receive your AOR soon, despite the fact that you didn't send the IELTS result.

I still think that sending the copy of IELTS don't harmful the application to CIC, however I am going to ask SINP about
this issue and I let you now.

Best wishes friend.

Dear Tetunte

For PNP paper based application (without express entry):

In pnp check list, last sentence is linked with 1st one paragraph which for C and D occupations only not for all occupation.

If CIC requires ilets from all occupations then no need to write specifically for C and D occupation, they could mention like that "All occupations O A B C and D are required for ILETS" even C and D were not required before 2012.

In other way CIC does not need to mention like that "C and D occupation required ielts", if they want ielts from all occupation, simply they could mention like this " all occupations required to submit ielts"... whatever CIC mentioned in checklist it is for C and D occupation.

This is interpretation from me , senior member from canada visa forum who received AOR without ielts, licensed consultant and my research work on this topic.

Read and follow carefully the application guide, all the information is there, for example
for the payment there is a form and in this form you write down your credit card number...

only be sure that your credit card doesn't have problem (blocked or something like that),
because if they cannot charge your credit card when needed, is going to delay your process.

Also it looks like we can pay online and attach the receipt. So I think this would be a safe option to go with.

i am from india , but i m confussed about national id documents

You do not need to worry about national identification number. Not many countries have. Also this is the same field which was there for years and many nationals do not fill them and got the visa.

Congratulations FSWCIO for getting Nomination and I wish you best of luck for the next step.

they advised me to renew the passport of my spouse although they send her current details in the appendix attached to the nomination

the question is: Should I go on and renew it knowing that this will change the number of passport in the nomination

what is your suggestions?
