Congratulations to those with nomination from SINP.. :)

And i feel sorry for those with "application ineligible status" i can only encourage you that you should not allow this be the end of your dream, your only option is to either appeal your case or re-fire through other routes; it surely will end in praise. :)

I also got ineligible for nomination letter from sinp on Tuesday;

Here is what sinp mentioned in their letter
Proof of Transferable Settlement Funds
You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having at least
$24,920 deposited in a bank for the three months preceding the application and throughout
the immigration process

Meanwhile, i had submitted transaction history (oct 2014 - feb 2015 each) for 3 bank all together:
1. Acct A (did 6mths fixed deposit in dec of about $28,000- Where was the funds before you did fixed deposit ? ) - sinp only pulled a $17,399 midway my transactions in Oct.... this prompted me to send transaction history for my other banks mentioned below given that i believe the total amount in both added to the $17,399 will make sinp see that i have sufficient funds for my family size.
2. Acct B (My salary account) - sinp only uploaded the bank statement, filled out my acct name and acct number and refused to fill out all the other details like amount in foreign currency, date of conversion et al
3. Acct C (account i use for my personal business) - sinp also did as mentioned for Acct B above.

I believe the 3 amount in the accounts put together definitely meets my required POF amount $24,920

I am thinking of calling for a second review and will appreciate your advise. If you can prove, you had the required funds in your saving or Fixed account from OCT 2014 till date, don't think twice go for 2nd review

Cheers

I feel so sorry to hear that but I am sure you can pursue your case with persistent efforts by Calling or Mailing . By the way how many is your family size that you have to meet a minimum $24,920 deposited in a bank ?

Thanks buddy, the fund was in my account prior to the FD.

That's right. Is there any February AOR applicant got outcome yet? ::)

Congratulations to Youngzang on your nomination!!! We are sorry you were not adequately felicitated at this time, as it looks as evil came over good. Please accept our heartiest kudos!!!

On the other hand,I am dishearted seeing lots of inelligble letters from our thread. Kindly find time to ask for second review if you have all it takes and also fire in all directions.

You may also start retaking IELTS to enable you get to Express Entry Pool who knows you will get PR before the other nominated applicants.

Taken close look at the Spreadsheet and analysing them, am of the opinion that they arr treating files of those who received AOR in January.

I am of January and also awaiting my Own report from God through them. They are done with 26/27 applicants...therefore those January 2015 AOR recepients 05/01-26/27 who haven't received any communication from them should expect their Nomination letters before the week runs out. As they are currently in assessment stage.

As for Lady Spice and Immigration to Canada is a sure Banker.....either directly or indirectly.....So Help me God!!! :o :o :o

Thank you Abhispat for noticing my Long Absence, the enemy actually intended coming in as a flood but the spirit of the living God lifted up a Standard against them.

I went for a Surgery and was discharged exactly a month today :) :P :P
