I am very sorry to hear that. Just yesterday we have had 4 refusals and only 1 nomination. If SINP continues with this trend, we can tell that from 500 quota they are going to nominate only 120 people.

This is very sad . Yes it will be CLB 5 because only S:6.5 which is CLB 8 infact. But they dont give points for individual score

His score is clb 5. No point of appealing. The result will be the same.

Application rejected due to insufficient fund prior to the submission of application and the entire immigration process. Albeit I have been maintaining above the required funds since December but they haven't requested for the up to date bank statement from 02 January till now.

Is there any chance if I request them to review the decision and send them the up to date bank statement as I have been maintaining funds above the required amount since December last year? This contradicts to their reason of rejection that I am not maintaining the amount throughout the entire immigration process.

Very sorry to hear this friend. Did u shown fund from oct 01, 2014? In which form? i.e. bank statement, fixed deposit.

yes, my friend i have both, but it was not enough, after 02 of January i completed the fund. and they did not ask for other statement
