As we have seen the same case of BGFC. I think a simple explanation that your birth document originally provided in English is more than enough.

Is converting funds to CAD equivalent a sign of application nearing nomination?

Can we know what documents were requested each time?
of course dear friend.Dont afraid !they mostly azk one time but my file was special as I have not enough time the they submitted I had attached old financial support from last year .first time they asked new monthly financial support and some federal corms like generic form travel history and marital stTuz in native language I send them but financial support was not monthly history then they give me 15days time to send again financial support monthly.I hopefully another account with adequate money in it I send complete transaction from one year ago to be safe side after some days they ask one of the federal form scheduleA that I send them with in first documet requezting time but again sent it an uploaded but my status never changed to in process again.two time ask them why but they told dont wory be pacient no further documents needed still.

Only because this process is free of cost, SINP can not hold us on waiting for so long. How many people use SINP nomination by the way.... Lots of us already booked with FSWP. They should understand. NSNP nominating with very good speed but SINP becoming turtle. :'(

Whether they ask for license or also a evidence that the license getting is in process status. if they is a option to show that the license acquisition is in progress then why you cant try for it and show them. when 45 days is going to end.

After this I inquiry at APEGS and they replied me as below:

"For people who want to apply for SINP, they require the approval letter showing that you are currently an engineer-in-training. Therefore, you must apply with APEGS first, complete the process required to obtain membership and wait for the approval letter. APEGS cannot provide a letter indicating that you are eligible to obtain a license. The only way to demonstrate eligibility is to actually apply and obtain your engineer-in-training license."

And this process will take more then 1 year for international Engineering Graduates..

So, no chance in 45 days at all...

O Ok.

Hello my friends
I am a newcomer in your form and recently I get acquainted with this forum from the internet.
I applied in jan 2 2015 and my application changed to in process approximately 4 days ago and last night my application changed to waiting on applicant.
My missing document is mentioned as below :

Proof of Transferable Settlement Funds
Your settlement funds must meet the following criteria:
- The minimum amount must be maintained for at least 3 months prior to submitting your
application to the SINP and you are required to maintain these funds throughout the entire
immigration process.
- The account(s) must be in the principal applicant or spouse¿s name(s) only.
- Account statements must show detailed transaction history.

Unfortunately I can not afford that as my Bank account transaction history was quite zero in that time ??? ??? ???
I settled some money just 2 days before I wanted to print my Bank account and I withdrew it immediately in the next morning .
I will be appreciated If you all can help me in this regard.
any suggestion will be welcome with the open arm.
Thank you in advance

As per the SINP website:

SINP Application Intake Thresholds

Important Notice: The SINP is still accepting applications to the International Skilled Worker Category from applicants with approved job offers. However, the intake threshold for International Skilled Worker applications without job offers has been reached for 2015.

The title of this thread is very appropriate. We are all dreamers :P

Let's go back here on the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2015 when they will be announcing plans for 2016.

Many arguments have been put forward whether the start of the process or the license itself was enough to prove your credential to Saskatchewan, now we understand that nobody can apply to SINP if you don't have your license first.

Well, there is no use crying over split milk, so start your process now and be ready for January 2016.

Tol, for example got his nomination because he had their documentation ready.

A year passes very fast, can you see we are in April now !, Good luck and never give up!
