Bank statement for sure, for example if they open on June 1 2015, you are going to be requested
to present a bank statement from March 1 to June showing the funds requiered.

So the most important thing right now is that you start to have a bank account showing the funds since now,
because you don't know when they are going to open.

Upload all the required documents until they open the stream, because I imagine they are going to configure something in the site

when you created your profile which profile you did it?, probably this profile is usefulness, since doesn't have the
configuration required to capture the information for Express Entry.

Thanx for the info...i created my EE on 14 jan for noc 1241 and for sinp i created a profile n uploaded all docs on 27 march so now waiting when they will open that....my crs is 372 individually as my husband is not appeard for ielts n wes but i got d max marks in that....

My application status changed today from In Process to Waiting on Applicant. They have requested me to

-update regarding Settlement funds from December 2014 to date
-Additional family member form spouse
-write a letter explaining why my wife and children will not accompany me.

That's it.

How do I ask for a review on my file?

I just got an ineligible letter from SINP stating that I didn't meet the requirements cz my funds were not in my account for 3 months, which is incorrect.

How do i got about asking for a second review of that?

Wrote to both of SINP's email addresses, to Christa Ross, director of economic immigration and to Tracey Davies, immigration manager for the saskatchewan government! Tracey Davies was the person who signed the letter saying that I was not eligible.

God damn, the day they decide to look at my file they deem me ineligible for sum dumb incorrect reason? f*ck

Today my status changed to 'In Process' from 'Waiting on Applicant'.
They asked me signed Ethical disclosure form (sign was missing on page 2). They also asked marriage certificate in native language but I explained that it was issued in English only.

I submitted my documents on Apr 2, they changed my status today Apr 6 (3,4,5 were holidays).

Lets see, what's next!!!

Sorry to hear about it. May be you have done but checking if you had requested with full detail (including monthly balances and tracking of funds from Oct 1) that you had in your bank accounts? If not you can request with full detail after preparing enough information. Other experts can suggest on how to request for second review.

Are the funds updated and converted to CAD correctly in your application for all bank accounts and do that tally above the minimum required amount? I guess it does. If not please verify to make sure they have not missed updating it correctly which you can ask about.

I can understand how the rejection is because i had received from Quebec after 4 years for the reason which i could not produce the certified proof of tax returns (for which the tax dept did not send me for all years i requested where i worked). I had experience letter and everything else and i have electronic copy which is the only one we get but for certified copy we had to wait for 70 days for which Quebec gives time limit of 45 days. So its pain definitely.

I share your dismay, friend!, but now it is time act, try to figure out why they denied your funds.

I remember that you told us this

"Depends on how you prove it to them. For example, I've sent statements for 3 or 4 accounts, can't remember right now.
1 of them had no balance prior to december (november and october). The thing is: I had money with me at home (US$), which I was buying since 2013 (due to fluctuation on the dollar price compared to brazilian Reais). As the dollar price kept on rising, I decided to exchange it all back to brazilian reais, late november, cz I already made about 20%+ profit from it (again, due to the exchange rates). The resulting amount I deposited on that account. So, I could only show funds for that account for only 1 month. Citizenship and Immigration Canada has options for immigration. You may want to explore these options.

If your application was not approved and you think there was an error, you can request a second review. In a second review, your application is sent to a different Manager and you will be notified of their decision.

To request a second review you must send a signed letter to the SINP within 45 days of the date on the refusal letter. In your letter, you must clearly state what you feel the error is.

The second review is based on the information in your existing application, so you will not be able to add documents or information to support your case. If you have new documents or information, you will have to submit a new application to the SINP.

Hahha... This is nothing. It's SINP that scaring us more than this. SINP is very scary and creepy
