SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

Hello my friend,

How many days were u giving to submit the proof of eligibility?? In my own case I was only given 15days which expire next week wednesday.

I have call CPA SASK and they have my WES assessment but my uni transcript will be delivered today via dhl. This was sent directly from my University cos that was what they (CPA SASK) requested. The whole process will take about 4-6wks and they advice i dont contact them via phone as this might further delay my assessment. The only positive about this whole process is no fee is required at this initial stage from CPA SASK. They haven't requested i pay any amount.

Now my challenge is this, I have up until 18th March 2015 to submit this 'proof of eligibility' as requested by SINP but CPA SASK says it takes about 4-6wk to get this done. I still don't know what to do. May be someone can advice.

They give me only 45 days to submit the proof of eligibility. I am preparing to collect ECA from WES. Then I will submit ECA and transcript to CPA SAS for proof of eligibility. someone can advice me...............

This is really strange.. How come they need me to submit same document within 15days????? I thought the standard time one is required to produce missing document is 45days. I want to believe it's a typo graphical error from them. I will have to contact SINP asap to get clarification on this.

Today I got email for missing documents Proof of maintain settlement fund. Do I have to send any document along with my bank statement. Like any form or conversion document.

You should send only the requested document. Conversion document is not necessary.

Hi dears, Today my status changed to "In process " after submitting the missing documents.
However, it seems that I will not get the nomination because I didn't have the funds in my bank account from October 2014. They updated my application with the amount available on October 2, 2014. The amount is very low.Although I had sent them a clarification with one year bank statement. I think my application is out of the race unfortunately.
Please advise if I can still do something. Also if anyone of you have similar situation and got different update in the application.

As we have seen SINP is very much concerned about the settlement fund I don't think there is any other alternative rather than showing the fund been there during the whole asking time. One last try you can do is, If your parents had enough fund in their account than send them this with proof of relationship like birth certificate mentioned their name and an affidavit by them that they had your money in their account which they later transferred to your account in December. This is very logical in some circumstance as you know how a Asian family bond works but may very unusual to Canadian circumstances. But it worth a try. Well, That's my opinion only. Hope for the best and stay positive.

Thanks..I can see your and mine AOR date is same. What exactly did they requested? Can you please copy paste the request line from your email.
As the document request is after almost one months that indicates to me it's not a missing document request rather a request for updated bank statement till date so your application is in final stage and outcome is just ticking. Best of luck bro.
