Thanks,

but I get below response, when I enter that I have not yet applied for Canada

The Living in Canada Tool is intended for people who have already applied to come to Canada, and for immigrants who already live here. To find out if you are eligible to live, work, or study in Canada, use our immigration tool, Come to Canada. You can also browse settlement topics to see if Canada is the right choice for you

???

Select "No, I applied but am still waiting". cheers

Status moved to "Waiting on Applicant". They requested an updated Provident fund / Pension balance statement as the one I submitted was not reflecting the current balance.

Does it mean SINP accept Provident fund as settlement funds??

This is what they said in the email:
"The documents submitted to show the worth of your pension plan are insufficient. The documents show the units purchased but do not state the overall worth of your pension. Please provide a document that details the worth of your pension from Oct 2014 to Dec 2014."

As you must know, In India, you can download your PPF statement from the EPFO website anytime now. And the statement shows PF deposits i.e. "Employer Contributions", "Employee Contributions" as well as amount diverted to "Pension Contribution". Honestly, the statement showed all 3 balances in INR but it appears that somehow SINP officer understood the pension amount as "units". I think a detailed explanation letter with the latest statement should suffice. And I am very positive they DO consider Provident Fund as a VALID settlement funds.

Anyone else on board with me?

I have submitted also as proof of my settlement is my provident fund(although my country is not india). I just submitted this morning the additional doc as proof on the currency use and now my status is "in progress"...

@ Dreamer,

If I will sound as Adriano in order to make you put yourself together I will sound.

Hope there is nothing fishery about your Documents that you aren't telling us. We brought out our precious time to assist but you fail to find reasons with us.

Firstly, are your educational qualifications and transcripts have first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth names reflected to them in this order?

Secondly, does your Birth Certificate have all those names reflected in them?

Thirdly, does your prove of Financial Circumstances have 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th and 6th names reflected in them?

Forthly, are your names written in your Yet to expired passports from first to the sixth names?

Finally, is your IELTS also have those names reflected in them.

I have sent you PM and you are yet to reply that.

In as much as we are always here to assist one another let always tell ourselves the truth at all times.

Am just afraid I have to sound this way at this time , but be assured of our very best at all times.

In my opinion, am thinking that SINP officers most have seen different names reflecting in different documents and wanted to be double sure.

PLEASE CLEAR THE AIR AS I STAND TO BE CORRECTED.

all the papers that I send t them are only till the fourth name as the new passport except for the old passport , IELTS test and the forms

There is nothing much to worry about. Submit your New passport with a detailed explanation letter and also try to re-do your IELTS in a later date.

Regards and cheer up

my provident fund is not from my country of birth.. I am a permanent residence from a country who is mandatory to contribute for a provident fund. If I leave from this country, I can widraw all of that with interest..
