Hi there! Alhamdulilah (thanks God) My status has changed to "in process" but yet waiting for AOR email. Hopefully will rceive soon inshaallah. Just wanted to share this with all of you ☺.
By the can anyone tell how long would it take for AOR now.?

Could you add your information in our excel...

Applied in 2nd Jan 2015...

I receive surprisingly rejection letter from SINP, stating that I don't have settlement fund is account, while really I have minimum required fund for more than 3 years in my account... or in fact I have more than 7 times of the amount presently.

You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having
$24,920 deposited in a bank for at least 3 months

It seems to me there is a big mistake they have done during review..

Online application shows "Application Ineligible"

Can you please suggest how to request for review, what is the procedure, should I write a letter and sign or just email is enough.

So sorry to read this. Are you a family of 5 including you? Did you check your settlement fund on your online profile now and the date of conversion? Everything is stated there clearly. They edited my own. If it is above 24, 970 Cad, there is no reason to deny you based on settlement fund. Contact them for second review ASAP.

Even my plan was almost same as yours that I was planning to bring family later for various reasons, and after AOR, they have changed status to "waiting on applicant" and SNIP changed all dependents question "Accompanying" online to YES, and requested all family members to include and send the renewed passports, which I did already....... just not to make things complex, I renewed all PP and send...now status back to "In Process"....

I am not sure at later stage when applying for CIC, if you can exclude PNP nominated family members, experts please advise?

Hello RSX67,

You stated above that you stated that your family members are not accompanying you but the SINP changed them to YES.

If I may ask, during the time of application please do you have the actual settlement fund of your family members in the proof of fund you sent to SINP?

Please be aware that whether your family members are accompanying you or not, you are expected to know provide fund that will contain all of them and thus must be Shown in your Proof of Fund.

Thank you

Brother Tols,

Great to have you here this morning and thanks for that insightful update on the proof of fund conversion.

In fact, my mind jumped into my stomach when I couldn't find my currency conversion which I created in place(Totally absent from the Federal Form page). However, I was able to find a most recent date of conversion in the settlement fund page an the fund appearing is slightly higher than what I stated.

This people are really working above our expectation!

Thanks for that observation.

Dear all, if you notice any movement in your file, kindly share.

Hi Spicey, point of correction, I am not Sister but brother(male). Don't you think I deserve a +1 rating for this, it is like you gave me the first one ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) :D :D :D :D. I don't even know how you do your rating self. I have noticed this since they sent me AOR. I go through my submitted application everytime to see any changes. I even noticed changes on the day they acknowledged my application like combining my first and middle name as just first name and for the rest of my family. Cheers
