another question

i sent all documents needed on 29th of January, they uploaded all documents to my application except post secondary transcript, my application status still the same "waiting on applicant" till now. what is your advise?

Why did you send all the 'documents needed on the 29th day of January"

I have mail to CIO they replied me that

"Your application has been received but is in queue for processing.
The Centralized Intake Office will contact you if more information is required. At the time that it is reviewed, you will be sent the AOR.
Thank you for your patience."

actually, i sent it twice 1st at 27th and 2nd at 29th January and same response.

1) Passport good scan copy.
2) Post Secondary transcript.
3) bank statement.
4) my relative in Sask documents.
5) birth documents in my native language.

it is written on the website that the average processing times in September was 5.3 months

my question is:

from when this period is calculated from the time of AOR or from the time of application submission or what?

And That statement was based on last years trend. You know last year they sent all AOR in a single day. But this year when they started giving AOR individually I was confused.
