Does it mean that, if anybody get AOR then he can add point 600 in his express entry profile?

No, this is a different program not related to EE. AOR mean their application were received by province and will be processed. It's like PER in FSWP.

Is anybody received any updated regarding SINP without job offer letter from International Skilled category 2015. I applied for it in 2 Jan 2015 around 11 o'clock. But didn't get any confirmation and update from SINP, file Status is still submitted.

i sent all documents needed on 29th of January, they uploaded all documents to my application except post secondary transcript, my application status still the same "waiting on applicant" till now. what is your advise?
