can't they consider the birth date stated in the passport ?

I am not sure of that but u can ask about it

Why you cannot provide your spouce birth certificate, you ask for this document with your local authorities

however if you cannot get this document.

please check this link

They didnt accept the Passport copy as Birth certificate (Passport contained date of birth, parents name and place of birth). So any option?

SINP needs all document to be uploaded during application. I asked prior to application if I can submit my 2years old boy passport later as he does not have one. I was told that I have to upload and submit it with my application.

Tetunte, why does the excel contains Spicey's AOR? I think she re-posted that she was Joking if I am right.

Today i got mail for missing documents. they have asked for the Spouse birth certificate, which we dont have can anyone please suggest an alternative way.

If you are from India, you may send them her 10th Birthday whatever or better still send a Sworn Affidavit of Age Declaration.

If she is a Roman Catholic by Birth her Baptismal Card will suffice at this time.

At all, I think that An Affidavit is a statutory document though SINP stated is not acceptable but with proofs upon proves it Must be accepted.

I wonder what their strategy is for this year as some people are being requested documents when it was MANDATORY to submit them while others haven't even received the acknowledgment yet!!

No difference with last year, I went through the 2014 thread and many people had lack of documents, and they were told to submit them during the process.
Once you have an space in threshold , you could provide all the missing documents.

The point if we are part of the 500 or not, still waiting for an answer :-\

@Spicey, you meant you have AOR already?

Alhamdulilah. My application status just changed to In process.
