Hi i live in saskatchewan and i am on pgwp and have permanent job offer from employer.
I am a graduate from electronics from toronto college and working in saskatchewan in IT field from past 2 years. Since iam graduted from college out of saskatchewan and i am doing job in different field other than my study. Can some one please suggest that i am eligible to apply for sinp or not.

You need a job offer from saskachewan employer. you can apply for SINP with job offer scheme. Don't think electronics or IT has vast difference in practical fiend.

it stopped only after 45 mins of launching

and the message shown is that the cap is reached for the application without job offer

How can you suggest smth you don't know? If he is on PGWP, he can only apply under student category! and only after he has gained 2 years of work experience in Sask.

Excuse me !!!

Please don't just loose pressure (!!) and comment all out of nothing. That guy has a permanent job offer and has 2 years work experience and he can apply under skilled worker with employment offer.

All he has to do is to score 60 out of 100. As his permanent job offer will give 30 and work experience in so it's very easy to qualify. And of course there are other way too...

Does he have the 2 years experience and the Job offer in SK? Thats is the question. The guy said he has the experience outside SK. I do not think he is eligible if he does not have SK job offer.

But my expereince and study are not in same field.
I have degree in electronics from toronto and i have experience of 2 years in sask in IT field.
