But my expereince and study are not in same field.
I have degree in electronics from toronto and i have experience of 2 years in sask in IT field.

You must have some diploma or training in back home on IT so provide that with your main degree as a backup. I don't think it's a big issue. I suggest you to ask sk authority regarding your confusion. Email address is in their website. And if you study their website properly you don't even need any solicitor.

Did you attach these documents before submission? and why did they consider them incomplete?
Yes I have already attached all the required documents, but they were from 2014. They want new ones.

All of my documents, aside from proof of funds, are from 2014 and I wasn't asked for new documents.
That's kinda weird...

What do you mean by 2014 or 2015 forms? I filled my application on 30th December, did they issue new forms on jan1 2015?

Did I say forms?

My app was ready since december 20th +-. I meant documents, as my supporting documents were from 2014. Only one of the required FORMS was from 2014, which is the statutory declaration of common-law union (dated march 2014).

I did not update the Generic Application Form for Canada, Background declaration etc. They were dated 02.01.2014.

Some of these forms got updated during 2014.

Not all of them are required, but still, for example, Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008], which is required, was updated 2-3 months ago. I filled out, again, those that were updated by CIC, based on the information I already had filled out on previous versions of the same type of form.

Not sure if that will be a problem for you or not, but, IMHO, you should have sent the updated versions. I did.

Most of my docs were filled and dated on jan 2,2014 as i had tried applying a year ago (but cap had reached before me)..so there was only one updated form that i had to refill again...
Just like you Adrian i haven't received any email from SINP asking for updated documents!!
i am hoping that they are okay with docs signed last year!!

Hi, do you've it in any other language or you don't have it at all? Do you've any marksheet or any document which can support your spouse's Date of Birth?
Could you please also let us know the exact text of the email? Did you receive an AOR mail or this is the first email you received.
