This is what I did. I print it then scanned it and uploaded it to online SINP portal.

Yes if there is new option for Occupation in Demand then click that and fill the application otherwise go with the present one.

yeah i assumed the same, well I don't think there will be any new option, considering the busy server thing happened last time

You could either print and scan as mentioned by bahadur
So see if when you give for print do you have option to save as pdf .. this will save some time

This is the first time I am going to apply for immigration. Lets see my application gets acceptance or not. Although I am not too hopeful.

If an option named as SINP International Skilled Worker -- Occupations In-Demand Category appears in New Application link I will create a new application under that option and then submit. other wise SINP International Skiller Worker with job offer NO option which I have already created and completed.
