What is wrong, I already submitted my application but when I reached the submit confirmation and press submit international skilled worker application #_____, it says the webpage canot be found. What is wrong with the system??? Anyone experiencing the same?

My understanding is they will not accept any application until this message disappears "Applications for the SINP International Skilled Worker -- Occupations In-Demand Category will not be accepted in 2015 until January 2, 2015 at 8:00AM Saskatchewan time (Canada’s Central Standard Time - CST). Applications submitted before this time will not be accepted and applicants can reapply at 8:00AM on January 2, 2015." from login page. This is my assumption though.

Yes. Servers are very busy. Too much load on the website.
