Dear forum members,

Do SINP give preference to people with family than single applicants for provincial nomination. I heard someone say that but wanted to know if it is true.

Hi,

There is no preference whether married or single, all applicants are treated the same. Two of my friends, one married with 2 dependents got nomination last Thursday, and the other one single got nominated a day after that is last Friday.

It all depends from the verification & immigration officers how fast they processes the applications.

Whether SINP still accepting the application under International skilled worker category in Mechanical domain? I have Express entry CIC account with 446 score.
I have filled all the details but Job offer/ Employment is not converting in green in OASIS account, hence unable to process further.Kindly guide.

Thanks. So before nomination verification is done all aspects right

Educational and work experience credentials verification, funds, IELTS, is done at this stage. CIC then verifies security and health and gives the final approval.

have you uploaded all employment certificates in your jobs and wrote all details? have you ticked "Have you entered all of your applicable work experience?*" Should be answered with Yes

Then that should turn the tab green.

My May 17 intake application changed to waiting on applicant today. One of my POF (term deposit account) date of bank statement and account number was changed. I cannot yet see anything on OASIS regarding what they requested.

You will certainly get the letter of requirement from them. Please, let us know that info. I think it will be updated POF statement.

I just got my application returned because of missing copy of proof of transferable settlement funds.
I emailed and called them up but then my request was turned down.
Any idea when will the SINP EE will re open?

So sad to hear your application returned. However, SINP is very strict about POF issues. Next intake might open in late June or early July.

Please provide Birth Certificate of your representative to prove family relationship. The applicant is my half sister and we have the same mother. The applicant and representative birth certificate list same mother.

Proof of transferable Funds

The term deposit account provided account number 000000 from bank ABC -you provided another term deposit account number 333333 of the same amount. Please provide an explanation as to how these two accounts are related. The term deposit about 13,000 CAD has a term of 90 days which will be rolled over or renewed at maturity. It was established in October 2015 (First renewal January 2016). The initial term deposit statement has the same account number with the first renewal. During second renewal the bank changed the last four digits of the account number to a new number but the amount remain the same. We will be going to the bank on Monday to have them write a letter regarding the relationship of both accounts. My question is do I need to include an LOE after I obtain the banks letter.

Please provide bank statement for account number 0000000 including transaction history for the time period 17-Feb-2016 to 17-May-2016 - I included this savings account to show the funding source of the term deposit account. It was from April 2015 through October 2015. The term deposit was established October 2015 and that is the funds dedicated towards settlement about 13,000 CAD. I added this statement as additional settlement funds tab to show a history of how the term deposit was funded. The term deposit is the intended settlement funds.

Can I also tell SINP in the LOE that the POF is the term deposit?

Dear, though you provided the savings account for showing SINP the source of money for your Term deposit, they had considered it as another settlement fund as POF. As your TD covers all required amount for POF, I think, you just provide them an statement of your account from 17-Feb-2016 to 17-May-2016.

Any other action would be very difficult to clear the situation to them. Thanks

My NOC is deleted from the list thats y .... My Noc is regulated and they asked license which is not possible for outside citizen.
