if you have android phone download Ministry of Interior Application called MOI, or you can visit there website https://www.moi.gov.ae/ register yourself and apply online. they will even deliver it to your address. I got my PCC within 2 days using this application.

Ok Thanx but as far as I understand PCC with PR application is mandatory for EE applicants and the canadavisa member who got rejected also belonged to EE category .....plz correct me if I m wrong

Having said that I have decided to send my application with all PCCs for the safe side.....

my only issue was that the PCC would be expired after 6 months and I will have to provide it again to LVO .

I just checked CIC website and I found the same Form to request the PCC which I send. I am living in Abu Dhabi so I was supposed to fill the overseas Pakistani Form and I send it already 7 days ago. So I guess I don't need PCC from Rawalpindi,Islamabad, Mansehra and Kohat where I lived for more than 6 months. I only need one PCC which have Ministry of Interior Islamabad stamp and it will be enough for me.

You are correct and adhering to all requirements in the initial application saves you all the time and stress.

you don't really have to worry about fund conversion. This is done by you upon submission and done by SINP later when your application turns into process. This is the the stage where SINP wants to confirm if you meet the requirements for POF when the currency fluctuates. So sometimes they even convert the funds more than once to assure that you still meet the required POF.

There are times when the POF doesn't even get converted and still get nomination. So it is really recommended you prepare your POF in excess maybe CAD1k more so when the fluctuation occurs, your funds remains stable.

You can see your funds converted (or not) in the settlement funds tab in the OASIS portal.

I worked in UAE from 2010 to 2012. I dont have Emirates ID and I am in Pakistan right now. Any idea how can i get PCC from UAE now?

You must provide them with the copy of your visa that was issued to you. they will find out about your details from that. ask them that you want the PCC, they are very fast in it, give them your home address and they will send it to you first through email, asking you if it's ok, if you confirm then they will send it to you in paper form.

My Visa was from sharjah. i tried to contact them but they dont reply and dont tell the process.

I do not find NOC code for cooks. I am trying to immigrate as cook/chef. Which states are allowing.. Please help

Hi friends.. i got my result it shows application ineligible. And the reseaon is fund. They have mentioned that ur fund should maintain before 3months of application and it should be principal applicant and spouse name first. As i submitted fd in which my husband's grandmother name is first and his name second. So now what should i do?? Please someone guide me..

^from what intake did you apply?

They are really strict with regards to proof of funds. You might want to transfer all the funds to your new bank account. It must be in your name so it would be valid. SINP will open again this year that's for sure. So you have to prepare that POF early and active for 3 months. Good Luck!

Thanks zen2x... m sept 2015 oid applicant... they asked updated pof but didnt mention anything regarding first name of person in fd.. n now they are giving this reason.. can i break the fd n transfer it in my account and then can go for review??

It clearly states that POF must be in the primary applicant or spouse name in the application guide. Please read the guide carefully. Goodluck

I disclose this secret why many applications in Sep 2015 was prolonged. You konw about 500 applicants had been nominated before January 2016, the mean nomination time is about 2-3 months. Normally the normination time should be about five to six months. As we see, many application in January, 2016 had been nominated after May. Their mean nomination time is about five months. However, in order to prolong the mean time of September, 2015, they had to lay aside many applications, especially ID from 550 to 770, for more than three months after IP status to balance the mean nornimation time. During this time, small number of applications ID between 770-1100 had been normiated in a norma way. So this is the reason why some early applicants are only processed after June. I guess all Sep applicants should be normiated before September, 2016. Ok, the mean time should be about 5 to 6 months. How do you think this? ;D
