I got the confirmation of SINP nomination letter just a few hours before. I have to wait form CIC or I have to submit this letter to CIC ? I do not know how to submit or modify my profile in MyCIC regarding to the SINP nomination. Please give me some guide helps brothers and fellow.

Can you only apply to SINP, if your occupation is in the Highly skilled in demand? I work as an HR professional and my occupation is under NOC A, but i dont see my occupation listed.

Am i not eligible to any SINP, Express Entry sub category?

Yes, once you get ITA and start filling the PR application's questionnaire you can add your dependent children information.

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum.

I had applied for SINP Skilled Worked program through express entry on 3rd december and got Nomination on 12th December and also got message in MYCIC Account. I have accepted SINP nomination in my CIC account and most probably will get additional 600 points within 24 hours. So, I should get ITA in next draw.

I have few questions. Please help me

1) Is Saskatchewan safe and secure to move ?
2) How long I have to stay in Saskatchewan ? I did not find any related details on their site.
3) I am IT Professional. Is there good opportunity for IT Professional in Saskatchewan ?
4) Do we have to complete medical examination before submitting application after getting ITA ? I have read few article on this blog bit Do not have clear idea about it. My wife is pregnant and baby is expected in month of may 2016. She can not go for X-Ray which is part of medical examination. So, How can I handle this scenario ?
5) Is there any option for interprovience mobility options if one do not get job of his/her field ?

From experience, it's not really beneficial to contact them requesting a status update. The only thing they respond to is if you send additional docs.
Probably best to wait, except if you have additional information to give them.

Question 1:
Sure! I have been lived in Saskatchewan for a while (both Saskatoon and Regina). In Saskatoon, there are two major area of the city divided by Saskatchewan River. The house price in one region is more expensive than other side . You are not recommended to live in 20th, 23th, 33th street . I do not want to tell the reason in public.

Question 2:
You have to live in Saskatchewan in two years. However, you can move other province if you have good reason . Some tricky here hehe. However, I think that I will live here in many years. My family love Saskatchewan Province. People here are so great! Welcome to Saskatchewan ! Welcome to Saskatoon or Regina.

Question 3:
I think that you can find a job here. But I am not sure

Question 4:
I think that CIC will send you an email to ask you do health check. They give a letter with a code, and some guide help you to do . I did health check when I applied visa to come here. I think that for PR application the procedure will be the same. About your wife, I think that it is not big issue. You can tell with your medical doctor. However, they have some equipment to protect your wife as well as your baby. Do not worry !

Hi Bahadur, congrats once again. I see that you are NOC 6221 - Technical Sales and wanted to know how many years of experience you had. My NOC for SINP is same but my case is still in process. Also can you send me a sample of your employment reference letter for the NOC 6221.

That's a tough one mate. When did it go in process?
I think they are processing the applications side by side because some June/July applicants were reporting nomination along with November applicants.
This is definitely a long time. Perhaps try to find out the status by contacting the SINP by email at: immigration@gov.sk.ca

Limit is 4 MB. Please use Adobe Pro X1 and wherever the document size is greater than 4 MB, convert the document into word and then again convert it back to PDF, it will be less than 1 MB then...

I have another question about uploading documents.I've heard that all pdf documents must be less than 2MB for online uploading .Is that true?
