Great. Good luck and dont hesitate to post any questions on filling the forms. It might sometimes confuse us whoever already filled and sent to CIO but still post the questions so that correct information reaches CIO to make sure we have our applications accepted without any issue.

Another week, no update. 2 months dead line are almost up (next week).

Come on SINP please!!!!

I think it took little more time for someone in the same situation hence please wait for some more time. I know its pain but no choice sometimes.

9. If you have not been a member of any organization like IEEE, pmi, etc then you can write "I have never been a member of......(check the instructions)". Rest of the fields "None".

should I make extra sheet to insert it ?
And regarding Q11 I spent military services(Conscription) for 2 years. this is mandatory in my country.

You need to mention the service you did for military. Since not many countries have this rule, CIC knows which countries have compulsory service and verify if you have mentioned. So dont hide any information.

for the forms written beside it (if applicable)

u should only fill if it is applicable for your case

so if u don't have representative DO NOT fill it

best of luck and please take care to re-download the forms from the CIC website as they update some forms recently as the generic and the checklist

also take care to write that u r provincial nominee program

and to overlap the dates without any missing periods of time

also don't staple the forms only place them in order of the checklist

don't forget to write the name and the date of birth at the back of 5 out of the 6 photos sized as the guide

Guys below is post of a forum member, he is a PNP applicant and seems to be nominated NSPNP. Here CIC refused his application because of below reasons. This is very interesting, all this time we thought CIC only does security, criminality checks and medical. :-\ :-[ :

My PR application was refused, for these reasons:

I have now completed the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa as a member of the Provincial Nominee Class and have determined that you do not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act states that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.


You were asked on 03 December, 2014 to provide the following documentation:

1) Evidence of on-going relationship between you and your spouse

2) Copy of letter of employment from your current employer that clearly indicates your employment status, start date, salary and contact information for your employer

3) Copies of your pay stubs for the last 6 months

4) Copies of your bank statements for the last 6 months

This letter informed you that if this office did not receive the required evidence and documents from you within 60 days of the date of that letter, your application would be assessed on the basis of the information that was already before the officer.




But I swear to God that I sent all what was requested, I dont know what theyre talking about.
And when I called the CIC call ctr. they said everything is going good....
What to do now.. Im so sad and torn

That's kind of a Hush. CIC actually has every right to ask or check anything.

She has a sudden refusal- quite a rude one because I guess she is inland applicant , you know how own border agencies normally treat inland applicant . But if she is honest would end up getting the visa eventually.
