my application is rejected because of settlement fund I saw post office MIS and bank balance and I am sour its sufficient in India rupees is nearly 11lakh so I don't no why they rejected. Ca I email them regarding this matter.

Initially I am so sorry to hear that but secondly where there is a will there is a way
in my opinion this is not end of your process
you can request for second review and in that process you send SINP any valuable document which shows your possessions
or any document to prove you can afford your costs. based on your application members you have to present valuable document such as presenting any receipt shows you purchased for example CAD Dollar due to your own reasons and add these documents to your settlement funds in order to compensate any lack of your fund
Presenting your house's document could be another solution and there are various other ways to prove your financial capability.
Admittedly You have to take it into consideration that the date of any document which you'll show should be from September to December

It looks like SINP is adjudicating (most of) the applications during the last week or last 2 weeks of the month....

We need to show the funds till Sep14 or before (maintained throughout May15) , correct. I dont think they will accept any funds deposited after sep.

Yes I could not wait any longer. Today FBI is processing March 10th applications only. So it will take more than 2 months to receive the report. As you and other friends told, i had to send the application instead of waiting for fbi report.

I am just waiting to get it received by CIO before i planned to post my update but there is some delay it seems. I thought to make it reach by tomorrow to tag it to May month but not sure. Let us see what they update today.

I think it would be around 2 months to get xep. For one person, he/she received in 2 months 5 days as given below. So possibly around 2 months but i think it will be less than that or not more than 3 months if the inflow stays the same. Let us see how it shapes up.

I will appreciated if you ask my question about "Use of representative form"
I'd like to know if I am not willing to have a representative , I still should fill The representative form and Send to CIC ?
Or in case I don't want any representative there is no need to fill this form and send it?

for the forms written beside it (if applicable)

u should only fill if it is applicable for your case

so if u don't have representative DO NOT fill it

best of luck and please take care to re-download the forms from the CIC website as they update some forms recently as the generic and the checklist

also take care to write that u r provincial nominee program

and to overlap the dates without any missing periods of time

also don't staple the forms only place them in order of the checklist

don't forget to write the name and the date of birth at the back of 5 out of the 6 photos sized as the guide
