Yes you can apply for SINP express entry subclass. Create your express entry profile and wait for SINP to launch the program. You can find all details on how to apply for SINP in the following link:

http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/express-entry

Be aware that you can't apply for SINP if you do not have lincence to work in saskachewan as your occupation is regulated there. you can apply in any non regulated occupation. Best of luck...

THey wont return the package for not enough information. They ask for it when they review.
What i see is that they initially check for signature, payment and other mandatory documents and clarity of forms filled/written while accepting the pack at cio. If its good then they issue aor.
In some other forums few have got questions on detail about their history of activities and whereabouts and all passport detail and stuff if they require more detail on what you were doing. In your case they will ask on secondary school detail if at all required but they know that without completing it you cannot have done degree.

It is very bad news for me that SINP reply me that

your email from the association states that you are still required to complete modules before entering the program. Therefore you are not currently eligible to work in that profession in Saskatchewan. You must provide proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure to be able to work in that profession. You have 15 days from date of this email to provide our office with the required proof of licensure.

Senior please consult me what can I do now?? How can I collect proof of licensure within 15 days? As my NOC is 1111.

My status is "In process". I think we need to connect CPA to make it clear how to proof that we are eligible to work in SK. Provide all certificate you get, not just education evaluation.

When to apply to CIO?
I know i usually ask on it and could not decide on what to do but still asking on it . You know how it is - I want to get it done without much issues.

My other PCCs are reached today (except FBI one). So when to file to CIO.

My requirement: Before Oct I want to make sure i have PER/AOR from CIC so that i utilize the nomination within the period of 6 months. Also I need time for 1-2 cycles (worst case scenario) of fbi pcc timeline of 3-4 months before i get request for pcc.

I know i already asked this and few of our friends replied but after thinking on it i want to also make sure i get cio accepted by application before oct because i do not want to ask for extn to sinp for some incorrect filling of forms.

So should i apply to cio in Jun or July so that i get aor in sep and hopefully receive my fbi pcc during jul/aug?

No yet, I had some delays with my translations, and some problems with my photos specifications, actually
I needed to make my photos taken three times. Probably next week, or at least in this month for sure.

I am totally confused due to FBI delay and confusing and asking others hence could not take their suggestion too. But i am rethinking on it and planning to take their suggestion but with few weeks delay to CIO.

Got my other PCCs last week. Photos are taken today. All documents and items ready except pcc from fbi.
I have sent couple of applications to fbi for pcc in the last 10 days. I am thinking that i would get it in Aug. So i am now thinking to send the file to CIO after 2-3 weeks because by the time i get AOR my pcc will also be ready. I want to make sure i have AOR by aug or sep.

But sometimes i think that i do not need to delay like our other friends suggested. But dont know, i might send it in 2 weeks too.

One thing you reminded me is that i have to send an explanation on why i dont have fbi pcc. Thanks. I will put a note to have it included.

When are you sending the fingerprints to fbi? Are the fingerprints ready?
I unnecessarily wasted initial 3 weeks without checking the delay and later realized that there is huge delay and prints are also getting rejected. So dont delay sending to fbi and do take the prints with the help of professional. Thats why i got panicked and sent couple of good sets in the last few days.

Cool. It looks like people are getting aor in less than 2 months hence not much delay expected on it even if you send it this month end.
Why delay on photo? Is it due to that specific 35x45mm size?
I too had the same issue hence i could not take it at all because here everyone talks and knows about 2x2in the local needs. So i have to search a lot to get hold of one studio and he was doing it for other country visas.
