I had mailed SINP about status of my application and below is what they reply

Thank you for your inquiry. Your application status is "submitted". A receipt letter will be emailed to you when SINP staff manually receives your application. The application received date stated on the letter will be the date in which you submitted the application.

I hope within a week I & FSWCIO will also share the good news!!!

As SINP already mentioned that all submitted applications are under threshold so we should also we good.
One thing I realized by looking at 2014 thread, SINP had started rejecting the applications in Second week of January (Jan 12/13 onwards) but ithis year they haven't rejected any because of threshold so it seems all are under threshold... it's just a matter of time to receive good news!
