i am in Saskatchewan from almost 3 years as a PR, i am not working in the same company and same NOC now. Job market is better than other provinces (even Alberta) but depends on your background. Regardless it's recommended to stay in Saskatchewan after getting PR and ethicaly that's what an applicant should do, if you can't find a job after a continuous effort then it's a different story.philipwu said:gst8486 - were are you located in Sask and what was your NOC? Are you working now on the same NOC you applied? How's is job market

tnx bhai for the suggetion.1st of all, i am single.if i submit 3month bank statement (oct-dec),it will (oct-dec) show almost zero balance,if i submit this,is there any problem?,and another account which is fixed diposit(1600$cad) was created on november. do you have any alternative idea to escape from this problem?if i create a new fixed diposit for 6 month period, and update them, they will accept or not?FSWCIO said:First of all congratulation once again for your AOR.
As SINP requires bank statement for last 3 months and there is no alternative. You can show your spouses bank statement aswell. You already provided decembers bank statement so you need to provide November and Octobers statement showing the minimum fund maintained throughout the period. First of all relax and collect all the banks papers you have and see total amount meet the minimum requirement.
Best of luck.
tols said:My status also is still in submitted. but I got the positive message from the SINP that I'm in the 500 queue. so, I believe every one who submit successful at Jan 2 will get the AOR in a future time. we just need to wait !
Yeah, patience is key in this process. Don't worry, it will definitely come as this is just one hurdle out of many. Cheers
Congrats to EVA...., Sookie 85 and everyone who got their's recently.
@ Elomelolife, you just need to prove to them that you own the money by writing a very strong worded letter. As I know you would not be able to provide a three month bank statement prior to Jan 2, 2015 again in this your situation except a forged one which is not advisable. Just convince them by stating clearly the origin of the fund and if you have been working, you can show them your huge pay slips or investments in stocks as evidence.
Sas wants to know the origin of your funds, pal.elomelolife said:thnx for the reply dude
please help me giving alternative idea.i want to open a new fixed diposit (6month based) and update them.what do you think..they will accept?
tnx dear for the replytetunte said:Sas wants to know the origin of your funds, pal.
If you open now a new fix deposit, what it is the origin of this new deposit?
Sas is going to ask themselves why He doesn't show where this money came in first place?
No, what you need to prove is that you didn't have the money maybe because you used the money
in some business, before December, for example buying a car or a house that later you sold , and after that
you deposit this money in December.
But of course where did you get the first money to invest in some business, how did you gain this money...
Frankly speaking if you couldn't provide the origin of funds, you are not eligible for the program, sorry friend.
A new deposit is exactly the case as if they ask for your money in 6 months, and in that moment you make a deposit
and send this balance.
This is exactly what we were talking about, you need to write a letter explaining this situation, elomelolife said:tnx dear for the reply
frankly speaking this is my money and was given to me by my father .if i opend a new fixed diposit or current saving account, and for sure this money will not withdraw again before any SINP decision.
what do u think tetunte, they are going to reject me?
thats a good idea dudetetunte said:This is exactly what we were talking about, you need to write a letter explaining this situation,
maybe providing a Affidavit where your father states that He wants to give you this money
and provide the balance of your father's account. Maybe they accept this in your case.
