Hi everyone!

I hope someone could answer my question regarding job approval letter and prevailing wage.
My husband's company requested job approval letter about two weeks ago for NOC 7284. At that time his salary met the requirements, to be specific it was equal to median wage on job bank. In the mean time, on Nov. 16, data on job bank has updated and now median wage is higher than his, and still no sign of job approval letter.
Is there any chance they will use wage before update, since the company started application two weeks ago when wages were lower? Or will they apply new wage retroactively? Anybody had experience with this? Thanks in advance!
