Dear oyfili Thanks for Congrats. I applied under SINP International Skilled Worker Category, my NOC code is 0111. I received my AOR 11/03/2015.

Applied Work Permit Outside Canada : 4th May 2015

Work permit Approved : 15th May 2015

Thanks God...too quick ....its took only 2.5 months for Nomination and 9 days for Work Permit...

Hi all

I have a query on job approval letter from SINP.
Could you please tell if an employer from sask has to pay a fee to the SINP office to get a job approval letter
if he is providing an employment letter for a foreign skilled worker. And is it a burden for an employer
getting Approval letter such as LMIA which costs much and takes lot of time.

Your replies would be much helpful.

Dear All,

Please help me in the situation......actually I want to know how to get job offer from Saskatchewan or any other provinces....
Because we are trying JOB OFFER for our real sister , she is graduate in MBA and M.com and having experience of banking sector for 7 years. Recently she has been divorced , right now she is alone in Pakistan, We all family member are settled in Canada and Newzeeland. Now she took two time ielts but she could not get 6 in each or more in ielts , she has score like more than 5 but lees than 6 band. No any category is right now to apply for New zeeland and canadian immigration by using less than 6 ilets.

So we are looking for legal job offer from any provinces , so my brother found out a agent and contacted him in canada for job offer , the agent costing my brother up to 20000 USD for job offer plus LMIA , but we have to pay in two installment. I donot know whether is it fake or not?

Please guide me and suggest me for job offer, this is only short way for my sister to come to canada otherwise she could not survive her life alone......plz help about job offer and any right agent or right path for job offer then really we ll be thank full..regards

Demanding that much money from a consultant sounds fishy enough (That's why I said EE wants applicants to be exploited by crooked employers and consultants and lawyer)

with less than 6 in IELTS, there is no way of getting in through EE (FST requires lower but MBA isn't a trade cert)

The only way is to go paper PNP, and a number of them does not require a job offer.

hi all,

my question is a little off the topic, but maybe someone has an idea with my situation.
my wife got her sinp nomination last month and she also applied restoration and new work permit.
can I also apply for a restoration and open work permit using the nomination even if i'm not the principal applicant
in the nomination..I had an spousal open work permit before and it expired the same time with my wife's wp..
