same june 29 applicant and got background change to in progress on July 28th. SINP nomination inland. All passed according to call center and stil no ppr

Still I will never understand why people that applied later get PR sooner (for example July applicant vs June applicants).

In my opinion they are overwhelmed by Syrian refugees and Express Entry applicants who both have priority on us paper based... Like they have to bring the refugees in because of the political commitment and they have to approve PR for Express Entry in 6 weeks because they made a lot of words...

You have to technically leave Canada and re-enter. So drive/walk to the US border and tell them you are flag poling. They will give you a piece of paper (technical refusal of entry) and you bring it to the Canadian officer. This piece of paper will not cause any future troubles if you want to...
