I am applying for skilled category. I am applying only for myself.

Do I have to mention my family members details - because the forms says

- You must provide details about each of your Family members, whether they will be accompanying you or not. You must include only your spouse or common-law partner, and all your dependent children........................

This is really irritating - do I have to keep filling N/A in the Family members section because I am applying for I, ME and MYSELF. Please advice.

In the forms the Dates - can i leave this blank or do I have to say N/A - 3 letter but the date is only 2 letters.

Can I print the form and fill it in ink? Please advice

Hello Chuchu,
It does not mater how many people accompany you to Canad, But u have to provide information about all your family members.
CIC records information so that in future one can apply for remaining family members.
Thanks

Please advice
1. Don;t leave columns blank, use N/A
2. If you are applying under SAP then you don't include your parents or siblings until your application reaches the assessment stage.

If you are apply at any office other than Buffalo, you use the (S)implified (A)pplication (P)rocess. You should really read www.cic.gc.ca closely.
