I emailed them yesterday @hearobear, and the SGVO responded within a day. They suggested me to arrive in SG first then I can go to the CVAC in SG to submit my passport. I guess that is how things will go then.

You have to do this after ITA. They have a list of panel physicians for each country in their CIC website. You can call any of them in Singapore list and ask for the cost.

BG-NA. I emailed CIC and got to know my file was transferred to SGVO. I also got my GCMS, which shows everything went well. I am also waiting, like you and everyone else.

Hope to see some activities within the next couple of weeks.
