They are following a chronological order based on AoR. That's all right. However, it appears they are only working on PNP files.

It can also be observed that the time between IP2 and PPR is very short, which is a good sign.

Does anyone else have any observation or opinion on these trends?

RPRF comes before PPR. Getting RPRF request is an assurance that your file is more or less approved or else they wouldn't have asked for it.
RPRF is refunded if an application is refused.

I don't think the delay is because you didn't pay RPRF upfront. Your application is probably just waiting for a review.

Most of early AORs in the list are PNP, so in my opinion, it's still early now to speculate anything for fsw.

Hopefully next week they will start working for FSW people. As they have started to work in files now. fingers crossed.

Yeah because they already delayed everything now they want to fasten up the process ip2 and PPR.

Most of early AORs in the list are PNP, so in my opinion, it's still early now to speculate anything for fsw.

Although it's a good sign that something is happening. Probably they will start processing FSW once they are done with PNPs.

Are the PNP applicants getting any verification call for bank statements and employment etc? If not, that means files are going to SGVO after most of the things are done. SGVO will just do a quick review not an in depth verification. Good sign.

We have no idea why. But we also hope for the same result. By now, I guest the latest PNP file transferred to SGVO is only AoR Mar end - early April, and they have cleared up to 13 Mar file (known). So eventually they'll be running out of PNP and have to work on FSW.

I received the PPR yesterday via the CIC account and is getting ready to submit my passport to the agent representative here in Vietnam (I am Vietnamese and currently reside in Vietnam), where they would ship to the High Commission in Singapore.

My AOR is 27 Jan 2017 and Medical Pass in 8 Feb 2017.

In the meantime, does anyone know if Canada requires us to come immediately right after we receive COPR or how long do we have prior to leaving? Please share your comments. Much appreciated!
