Singapore Visa office wants original notorized Marriage certificate i.e Nikah Nama. You can not send it by email. You have to send it by mail. I think your husband in Dhaka should contact VFS for sending it securely at cheaper rate.

Jannat,

When've you got your AOR from Singapore?

I got AOR from singarpore on April 14, 2014. What do you think? Is it going to be delayed?

Hello Shaw,
How do you know that they targeted to complete processing in a year?

Shaw said:
I think SVO will send you PPR soon as their target is to complete the process in 1 year if you gave them fully documented and compeleted applications and your medical date is approching almost a year.

What is your time line ?

Read the guide 3900 and 3999. Moreover they wants to be sure that your marriage is genuine. So bring all the pictures of your wedding, honey-moon, hotel bookings, air ticket , boarding pass, bank or other documents that you are helping each other financially, telephone and email records etc. Go to Singapore time line forum here and you will find more information regarding your question.

Thanks

Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to share a bit of the good news. My wifes status recently changed to In Process on May 8, 2014. As you guys can see in my timeline that I applied on June 19th, 2013. It took less than 11 months. This clearly means that if all the papers and documents are submitted correctly files can be assessed faster than the time they say. I would like to wish everyone good luck and advise to take caution when filling out the application.

Get GCMS notes and send them additional papers/documents to remove red flags. Have patience.

It also depends on the visa officer who is processing it. Yes if papers are alright with no red flags, the processing time is just one year and even less! Thanks for sharing. All the best.

Even if they don't accept additional papers or evidences, you may still obtain GCMS notes and decode to prepare yourself fully well in advance.
