Generic email or not friend?

They answered my question in a generic response. I did not ask about the status of my application.
I asked them if I need to send a new PCC since the police clearances that I sent them in Feb 2017 will be expiring soon.
So they replied and said that PCC is valid for 1 yr from the issuance date.
They told me to submit a new one online.

I sent my CSE to them at about 10am and they replied to me at about 2pm today as well.
