Actually I requested New Delhi only, but CIO sent my file to Singapore.

Is your AOR Letter contain your visa office name? In my AOR it was not mentioned. As I bangadeshi i think my visa office is Singapore. I wish i can change my visa office like you.

It really depends on them... In our case we choose CEM and in our aor from cio it was sign by CEM but it was forwarded to sgvo and our efforts to ask our agency to request for transfer to CEM seems pointless as they keep insisting that vo will only grant if vo feels that there is program integrity blah blah blah.... In short need to wait. I knew someone who process his own application and when they forwarded his application to sgvo he requested for transfer and was granted... Now he got the medical request from CEM.....

For all of you processing your own papers, you can try to request for transfer as thr only thing they say either your application be granted or they will make lame excuse to keep your application stay.

Our time will soon come. Have a faith.

Well i do agree with your argument, I am also not very hopeful on transfer approval. At the max I might have to wait for another 2.5 Years

I have used this email id Singapore-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca ; I hope they should reply YES or NO.

I believe you should have got PPR , other wise you have do to Medical again

No taivoi just waiting for passport return. My e-cas has changed to Decision Made but address still the same.

Your case is really weird - 8 mos after medical still hearing nothing.
Have they ever requested you for police certificate since then?
