Dear Seniors,

I need your advice urgently because me and my wife finished medical on 08-Oct-2014 but due to my wife pregnancy 3 months, she has not done only Chest X-RAY , the rest all test are already done including blood test+BMI...

I am going to submit all additional documents together with RPRF to Singapore Visa Office personally on 28-OCT-2014, Do i need to submit any documents saying that due to my wife pregnancy she cannot take chest x-ray or etc... or I need to submit any medical form IMM5733E?

Please share your idea or any other similar case you have experience before?

Seniors please let me have your advice too.

Regards,
Myat

myat>> i have seen similar cases where u will be asked to redo your medicals after your wife has given birth and after which passports will be issued after that

Dear kaisin82,

Thanks for your infomation and is he/she from the forum? Is he/she case similar with me? Currently what is his/her status now?
I just want to know details of his/her timeline.

I hope after my wife deliver, clear her chest X-Ray, may be I also need to do medical again, and CIC will ask our new born baby name to add in the new IMM0008 form and submit again. Any idea?

I will submit all additional documents to High Commission of Canada, Singapore around 28 or 29-Oct-2014. If I have a chance to meet with somebody, I will ask about this issue. I am worry one thing, as I make Cashier's Order to par RPRF fees, and Cashier's order is only valid for 6 months. Hope CIC will take my RPRF fees for 2 persons within 6 months. How is your idea?

Regards,
Myat

if it is still the same as in May. You won't be able to meet anyone at the visa office as the visa office is now closed to public. You can submit to VFS at equity plaza.

dear expart,,,my brother got request from some documents req , once of them is imm5669. but cic mention below line for imm5669:
 IMM 5669 Schedule A Background / Declaration form, completed with up-to-date
information by you, your spouse/common-law partner, and each of your dependent
children who is 18 years of age or older. Fill the form on the CIC Web site then print it:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5669E.pdf
You must provide complete details of your personal history and addresses since the age
of 18.
Do not leave any gaps. Failure to account for all time periods will delay the
processing of your application.

On imm5669 its mentioned that since age of 18 or last 10 years whichever is most recent. now how to fill this form. pls advise

For example, if your age is 25 then start your data from the age of your 18th bithday. If your age is 40 now, then start your data from the age of your 30th birthday.

Thanks,
Akhnoor

I think its for you to choose either last 10 years or since age of 18 onwards until most recent.

Some applicant might be young and doesn't have 10 years of personal history. Therefore, they only need to fill up since the age of 18 onwards until most recent.

examples: Applicant 27 years old.

Since age 18 onwards until now Oct 2014 ( Year 2005 - 2014) Only 9 years of personal history

2nd examples: Applicant 45 years old

Last 10 years ( 2004 - 2014)

If 2nd examples applicant to fill in since age 18 onwards, that would be 27 years of personal history to fill in. This need quite sometime to work it out.

So if you are between the age of 19 - 36, I think fill in since age 18 onwards would be safe, since add in another extra few years is fine. Better give more than less.

This is just my two cents.

Hope it helps!

;)

If they request passport at the same time of medical, it usually take three months to get PR documents. I guess, your status will be updated soon.
